CSR in IOs and NGOs – Lunchtime panel Monday 3rd October 2011

Lunch-time Panel
Monday, the 3rd of October, 12:30

This lunch-time session is co-organized by CSR Geneva and Net Impact Geneva, organizations that encompasses students and professionals active in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) field.

CSR in companies is nowadays well-known. However, there is a growing trend for International Organizations and NGOs to get involved in not only providing advice to companies about CSR but also by applying CSR practices to themselves.

After a short intro on CSR Geneva (by Jem Bendell), the roundtable will be showcasing some initiatives being taken in NGOs and IOs and opening a free discussion with students and professionals about how CSR in non-profit organizations may differ from CSR in for-profit organizations.
